Tali brings 30+ years of experience in Israeli hi-tech as an executive, entrepreneur, and investor. She has driven innovation in mission-critical systems across public safety, telecom, smart mobility, and renewable energy. She held senior roles at global-impact Israeli companies, including VP at NICE Systems (NASDAQ: NICE) and SVP at ECI Telecom (merged with Ribbon Communications, NASDAQ: RBBN). More recently, she led a disruptive Physical AI startup as CEO and is now a partner at Next Gear Ventures, supporting early-stage DeepTech startups. She holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Ben-Gurion University and serves on the Israeli National Team of Directors for the Government Companies Authority (GCA).
