Addionics provides specialized, improved rechargeable batteries by redesigning their architecture to enhance nearly every aspect, from performance to safety to cost to charge time. Their AI-based software optimizes given structures for given performance attributes of their hardware, smart 3D electrodes.
The production line is comprised of the first commercial equipment designed and developed especially for manufacturing the smart, chemistry-agnostic, 3D electrodes. It is the first pilot line in Israel to produce 3D electrodes for batteries, and the company plans to bring production to the US soon at the request of a major OEM client – becoming one of the first movers to manufacture current collectors and electrodes for EV batteries in the US.
