The problem
In today's world, products' requirements are becoming more and more complex. There is increasing demand for lightweight design, sustainable material and manufacturing processes. These demands are not met through traditional materials or manufacturing methods. There are too many constraints to enable such products. Therefore, there is a need for a solution to bridge the gap between these polymer and metal based products.

Polymertal provides a solution from development to production of sustainable components with engineering creativity and functionality. Polymertal is able to unleash the creativity of complex engineering challenges by applying metallization of polymers to introduce the hybrid part solution. Polymertal provides parts that are: 1. Polymertal is working on development of products with many top Tier-1s and OEMs. Polymertal recently won a €1.8M grant from the EU HORIZON 2020 for R&D program. Polymertal was able to offer an innovative solution to a leading automotive OEM and was awarded a contract to replace an existing large German corporation.
