Shachar is a people person who loves creating environments where teams can connect and thrive. After recently graduating from Reichman University with a dual degree in Psychology and Business Administration, she’s excited to bring her passion, expertise, and support to Drive TLV. Her experience as a welfare officer in the IDF’s Givati Brigade, along with growing up in the Scouts, taught her values of community and teamwork.
